Description

A little preparation makes room for creativity

Before you choose a template or start customizing, get the essential details in one place. Ready, Set, Create is a compact four-page planning set that helps you clarify your project, gather your information, check whether a template fits and prepare your next step.

Use it for an event design, a business graphic or another creative project. Select the prompts that apply to your work. The pages combine practical checklists with open writing space in a coordinated plum, teal and peach design.

Your four planning pages

• Make a clear plan: note your audience, desired result, deadline, spending limit and three must-haves.
• Gather the details: collect wording, names, dates, images, permissions and files, then track anything still missing.
• Find the right fit: check dimensions, software access, included files, editable details, licensing and possible extras before choosing or buying a template.
• Ready to create: proof the essential details, try a sample export or print where relevant, confirm approval and organize delivery.

What you receive

• One four-page editable Canva document, accessed through a customer-copy template link.
• One matching four-page US Letter printable PDF, 8.5 x 11 inches.
• A two-page Start Here PDF with a clickable Canva button and editing and printing guidance.
• Customer usage terms and a simple README, organized in one ZIP download.

How to use your files

Unzip the download and open Start_Here.pdf. Click the button to make your own Canva copy. Customize the text and layouts, then export your finished pages. Alternatively, print the included PDF and write by hand. The printable PDF is static, not a fillable form.

Internet access and a Canva account are required for Canva editing. Canva is a separate service with its own terms. Review any premium notices if you add new assets. Print at actual size (100%) and test a page first. No bleed is included. Different paper sizes may require scaling.

Usage and important details

For personal projects or internal planning for one business. Completed pages may be shared with the people directly involved in your project for coordination. Do not resell or redistribute blank files, the customer package or Canva template links. Layouts are non-exclusive. Full terms are included in the download.

This is a digital resource. No physical goods, printing service or professional advice are included. Use these planning aids alongside the specific instructions and license of any template you choose. For access help, contact hello@kavviesdigitaldesigns.com.
