Designed for independent, product-based businesses, it suits gift sellers, boutiques, makers, bakers, party suppliers and other entrepreneurs who want a straightforward way to keep track of finished products. Use it for your own business workflow without a monthly software subscription.

From product list to sales overview

• Organize inventory: record product names, unique SKUs, categories, quantities, unit costs, selling prices and low-stock thresholds. Search your product list when you need a record.
• Record sales: choose a product, date, quantity and unit selling price. Recorded sales automatically reduce the available stock, and the tracker checks whether enough units are available.
• Review your numbers: see stock units, inventory cost value, recorded revenue and estimated gross profit. Review sales by product and the low-stock watchlist.
• Correct a sale: the Undo function removes a recorded sale and returns its units to inventory. This is a record correction, not a refund-processing service.
• Export records: download inventory and sales CSV files for spreadsheet review or recordkeeping.
• Back up and restore: export a JSON backup of your application records. Restore a compatible JSON backup when needed. Restoring replaces the records currently in that browser.

Set up on your computer

1. Download the ZIP and extract all four files into a folder on your computer.
2. Open the HTML application in a current desktop Chrome or Edge browser.
3. Read Start Here and select a display currency before entering amounts.
4. Add your products and starting stock, then record sales as they occur.
5. Review Reports, export CSV records and create regular JSON backups.

Compatibility and data storage

The application runs locally in a compatible browser and works offline after download. Your records are stored in that browser on that device. There is no automatic cloud backup, cross-device synchronization or shared multi-user database. A different browser, browser profile or file location may have separate records. Avoid private browsing for ongoing records; clearing browser data can erase saved information. Keep regular JSON backups somewhere safe. CSV exports cannot restore the application.

Eight display currencies are available: USD, XCD, GBP, CAD, EUR, JMD, BBD and TTD. Changing the currency changes labels only; it does not convert amounts or fetch exchange rates.

Scope and license

One-time purchase for internal use by one business. You may keep reasonable backups for that same business. Resale, redistribution, sharing the application or source code with other businesses, and offering it as a hosted service are prohibited. Read the included license for the full terms.

This is a lightweight inventory and sales tracker. It is not a point-of-sale, payment-processing, accounting, bookkeeping or ingredient-management system. Revenue and gross profit depend on the records entered. Estimates exclude taxes, discounts, shipping, fees, overhead and other operating expenses, and do not calculate net profit. Verify your figures independently. No sales or profit outcome is guaranteed.
