How to get started

Unzip the package and open Start_Here.pdf. Click the Canva button, sign in and make your own template copy. Customize the native text and swatches, then export your version. You can also print the included guide and write on the worksheet by hand. The PDF is static, not a fillable form.

Canva editing requires internet access and a Canva account. Canva is a separate service with its own terms. Check premium notices if you add new assets. The printable file is US Letter, 8.5 x 11 inches, with no bleed. Print at actual size (100%) and test a page first.

Readability and printing

The guide includes measured contrast examples at their specified solid colors. Check your own exact foreground/background pairs after editing. Contrast alone does not certify a complete design as accessible. Do not communicate important meaning through color alone.

HEX codes describe RGB screen colors. Paper, ink, devices and color profiles can affect print results. Follow your printer’s specifications and test before a full run. No exact screen-to-print match is guaranteed.

Usage

For personal projects or internal creative planning for one business. Apply the palettes to your own finished personal designs or that business’s finished designs. Do not resell or redistribute the guide, blank worksheet, customer package or template link. Layouts and palette combinations are non-exclusive; no exclusive rights in colors are claimed.
